Please note that we cannot guarantee results on used or pre-washed items, and we recommend new, unwashed garments for best results.
What customization methods do you offer?
We offer multiple customization methods including screen printing, embroidery, heat transfer vinyl (HTV), and direct-to-garment (DTG) printing. The best method depends on your design, quantity, and budget. Contact us and we'll recommend the perfect option for your project.
Can I use my own design or logo?
Absolutely! You can upload your own artwork, logo, or design. We accept high-resolution files in formats like PNG, PDF, AI, or EPS. If you need help with your design, our team can also assist with creating or refining your artwork.
What file format should I use for my design?
For best results, we recommend vector files (AI, EPS, or PDF) as they scale without losing quality. High-resolution PNG files (300 DPI minimum) also work well. Avoid low-resolution JPEGs or images pulled from websites, as they may print poorly.
How many colors can I include in my design?
This depends on the printing method. Screen printing pricing is based on the number of colors (typically 1-6 colors). DTG and heat transfer can handle full-color designs with no color limitations. We'll help you choose the most cost-effective method for your design.
Where can I place my design on the garment?
You can customize multiple locations including front chest, full front, back, sleeves, and even inside neck labels. Popular placements include left chest for logos, full back for large designs, and sleeve prints for added detail. We'll provide placement guidelines based on your garment choice.
Can I add individual names or numbers to each item?

Do you offer design services if I don't have artwork?

What's the maximum print size for designs?
Maximum print sizes vary by garment and location. Typical maximums are 12"x16" for full front/back prints, 4"x4" for left chest, and 3"x5" for sleeves. We'll optimize your design to look great within these dimensions while maintaining quality and proportion.

How do I choose the right size?
We recommend checking our detailed size charts available on each product page. Measure your favorite garment that fits well and compare it to our measurements. Our apparel runs true to size, but if you prefer a looser fit, consider sizing up.
What if I'm between sizes?
If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit. For custom orders, you can also contact us to discuss your specific measurements and we'll help you choose the best option.
Do your garments shrink after washing?
Our premium apparel is pre-shrunk to minimize shrinkage. However, we recommend washing in cold water and tumble drying on low heat to maintain the original fit and preserve your custom design.
What's the difference between unisex and fitted styles?
Our unisex styles have a classic, relaxed fit with a straight cut through the body. Fitted styles are more tailored with a narrower cut through the waist and sleeves. Check the product description to see which fit style is available for each item.
Can I order a sample to check the fit before placing a large order?
Absolutely! Since we have no minimum order requirements, you can order a single item in your size to test the fit and quality before committing to a larger custom order. Many of our team and event customers do this.
Do you offer extended sizes?
Yes! We offer a wide range of sizes from XS to 5XL on most of our products. Check individual product pages for specific size availability. If you need a size not listed, contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.
How accurate are your size charts?
Our size charts are based on actual garment measurements and are highly accurate. We measure each style flat and provide chest width, length, and sleeve length. For the best fit, measure yourself or a similar garment you own and compare to our charts.
