Return and Refund Policy

At Alpha Designz, we're committed to your satisfaction with every custom apparel order. Please review our policy below.

Custom Orders

Because each item is custom-made to your specifications, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on personalized apparel unless there is a defect in materials or workmanship, or an error on our part.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective or doesn't match your approved design, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will:

Replace the item at no additional cost, or offer 50% discount
Issue a full refund

To report an issue, please email us with your order number and photos of the item showing the defect or error.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it, provided production has not yet begun. Once production starts, orders cannot be cancelled.

Size Exchanges

For non-customized items only, we offer size exchanges within 5 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
