Shipping and Delivery Policy

At Alpha Designz, we want you to receive your custom apparel as quickly as possible. Here's what you need to know about our shipping and delivery process.

Processing Time

Custom apparel orders are made to order and typically require:

Standard orders: 5-7 business days for production
Bulk orders (25+ items): 10-14 business days for production
Rush orders: 2-3 business days (additional fees apply - contact us for availability)

Processing time begins once your design is approved and payment is confirmed. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order enters production.

Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping options within Canada:

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days after production - FREE on orders over $100
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days after production - $15
Express Shipping: 1-2 business days after production - $25

Orders under $100 have a $10 standard shipping fee.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the United States and select international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.

Delivery Issues

If your order is lost, damaged in transit, or delayed beyond the estimated delivery date, please contact us at info@alphadesignz.ca and we'll work to resolve the issue promptly.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available at our Toronto location by appointment. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we'll contact you to arrange a convenient time.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
