CHEST: Measure around the fullest part of the chest; keep the tape level and loose.

WAIST: Measure around the natural waist; keep the tape snug, not tight.

HIP: Measure around the fullest part of the hips with feet together.

HEIGHT: Stand straight without shoes and measure from floor to head.

Size Tip: If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit and additional room for growth.
